Start winding down 3 hours before going to sleep. No heavy meals, drinking, smoking or intense exercise during this period. 30 minutes before sleep, lie in bed with head and feet slightly elevated, low lights and read a book. Ensure your bedroom temperature is not too hot (ideally around 18º Celsius). Be consistent with your sleep schedule and bag 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
